With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley M. Martin of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 13, 2020 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Shea and Mary Shea (Pearson); her husband Edward Martin; her former husband William O'Brien; and her daughter Patricia Forma (O'Brien).
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon O'Brien of Shrewsbury and Carol O'Brien of Shrewsbury; her son-in-law John Forma of Portsmouth, NH.; her grandchildren, Alexandra Knaack (Lane) of Reno, NV, Joseph Forma (Cristen) of Greenland, NH and Gregory Forma of California; and her great grandchildren, Rosie Knaack and Camilla Forma. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
