He was predeceased by: his siblings, Robert Harlow, Marion Wheeler and Hazel Jefts; and his parents, Robert H. Harlow and Estella Harlow (Gates).
He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Harlow (Bryant); his children, Keith B. Harlow (Suzanne), Seth P. Harlow (Karen) and Robin G. Harlow; his grandchildren, Braford G. Harlow, Ethan R. Harlow (Stephanie), Dylan H. Troy and Brendan B. Harlow; and his close friend Alan Hixon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
