He is survived by: his caregiver Ann Massad (Douglas) of Shrewsbury; his mother Brenda Hendrixson (Wolverton) of Bay, Arkansas; his brothers, David Lentz (Jessica) of Ware, James Lentz of Bay, Arkansas, Bennie Lentz of Bay, Arkansas and Gareth Hendrixson of Bay, Arkansas; his caregivers, Jessica and Tobias Onditi; his family Peter; and also, Adrian and Melissa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
