He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard L Borggaard and Mildred Borggaard (Keans); his sister Jean Keller (Borggaard); and his grandson Brad Borggaard. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne I. Borggaard (Steele); his son Bruce Aslanian (Kimberly Santana); his grandchildren, Bruce Jr., Robert and Savannah; his daughter Karin Houghton (Christopher Houghton); his grandchildren, Lukas and Camden; his children, James Aslanian, Jeffery Borggaard (Lisette Zeitsman), Diane Borggaard (Ross Lane) and Laurie Smith (Karl Smith); his grandsons, Joseph and Spencer Borggaard; his son Andrew Borggaard; and his grandsons, Austin and Andrew. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
