It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen (Surabian) Genatossio of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 2, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hapet Surabian and Ruth Surabian (Mamigonian); her husband Louis T. Genatossio; her grandson Louis-Rocco DiVerdi; and her siblings, Hapet Surabian and Anna Belculfine.
She is survived by: her children, Louis F. Genatossio (Barbara) of Shrewsbury, Stephen M. Genatossio (Lisa) of Holden and Maria R. DiVerdi (Robert) of Shrewsbury; her grandchildren, Vanessa Whalen (John), Robert DiVerdi Jr. (Grace), Nina Genatossio (Joseph Scafidi), Rocco DiVerdi (Kasandra), Joseph DiVerdi, Jackson Genatossio and Chloe; her great grandchildren, Estelle, Lorenzo DiVerdi and Lucille Whalen; her brother Harold Surabian (Sonia); and her sisters-in-law, Antoinette Genatossio and Cora Genatossio.
