He is survived by: his wife Jean Armknecht; his children, William (Christine) of Rockland, Kathryn Davis (Richard) of Northborough, Martha of Boston and Jon (Kelly) of Newton; his grandchildren, Matthew (Paige), Nicole Rakoski, Cameron Stuart, Brian, Michael Davis (Emma), Hadley and Piper Stuart; and his brother Richard Stuart (Barbara McNulty) of Thomaston, Maine..
