San Clemente, David San Clemente and Andrew San Clemente; his grandchildren, David of Florida, Katie of Florida, Wren of Florida, Ellie of Florida, Nicolette of Maryland, Joseph of Waltham, Camille of Shrewsbury, Julia of Denver, CO, Analise and Matthew of Northborough; his nephew Joseph San Clemente, MD of Virginia Beach, VA; and his niece Della San Clemente.
