He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Weiss and Ethel Weiss; his brother Marshall Weiss; and his wife Marsha Weiss (Sobell). He is survived by: his sister Beverly Feinstein; his daughter Barbara Murphy; his children-in-law, Bob Murphy and Marilyn Weiss; his grandchildren, Max Murphy (Kenya), Harry Murphy (Mimi), Juliette Weiss and Matthew Weiss; and his fiancée Judith Chaloff.
