He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cosgrove and Margaret M. Cosgrove (Maguire); and his child Kristen M. Cosgrove. He is survived by: his wife Anne L. O'Leary (O'Leary); his children, John W. Cosgrove (Marilyn) of Bangor, Michael E. Cosgrove (Kathy) of South Easton, Jill A. Cosgrove of Sharon, Ellen T. Cosgrove Cuneo (James) of Norton and Jeffrey T. Cosgrove (Wayne Pina) of Brockton; his grandchildren, Jeri, Matthew, Carly, Sydni, Jenna, Lissa, Nicole, Sean, Jamie, Lindsey, James and Jack; and his great grandchildren, Rylan, Braiden and Carter.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Jack Cosgrove Scholarship Fund c/o Michael Cosgrove, 57 Peterson Road.
