He was predeceased by: his wife Carol L. Cox (Tarr); and his parents, William H. Cox and Garnet Cox (Cadwell). He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Cox of Saugus, Jennifer Sulyma (William) of Westwood and Cynthia Zahornasky (Paul) of Haverhill; his granddaughters, Nicole, Laura and Sarah Zahornasky; and his sisters, Janet Dunton of Saugus and Barbara Cox. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and cherished lifelong friends.
