We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2021, at the age of 77, Catherine L. (Shipper) Penney of Saugus, Massachusetts, born in Lynn, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband David Penney, Jr.; her parents, Charles Shipper and Mary Shipper (Zamejtis); her son David C. Penney; and her sister Jean Matthews.

She is survived by: her children, Charles Wayne Penney (Raena) of Waldo, ME, Michael Shawn Penny (Michele) of Standish, ME and Jean Ann Burke (Kevin F.) of Peabody; her grandchildren, Jacklyn, Ashley, Lindsay, Hunter, Kasey and Meghan; and her daughter-in-law Louanne Penney of Hampsted, NH. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
