Hurst III (Rockport, Massachusetts), born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on April 14, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor W. Hurst Jr. of Rochester and Mary Sage Hurst of Rochester; his children, Victor W. Hurst IV and Sarah Morgan Hurst; and his sister Mary Sage Theobald of St. Simons Isle, GA..

He is survived by: his spouse Jean Williams Hurst; his daughters, Kathryn Hurst Hayden of Coventry, CT, Deborah Hurst Rising (Benjamin) of Woodbury, CT and Amie Hurst Adams (Gregory) of Springfield, VA; his sister Hon; and his grandchildren, Laura Hayden, Wesley, Charles Rising, Allen Morgan Manning, Jackson and Parker Adams.
