He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert McLaughlin and Lucy McLaughlin (Salierno); and his brothers, Robert "Bobby" and Richard "Rick" McLaughlin. He is survived by: his wife Karen McLaughlin (Kelly); his children, Kelly Peterson (Michael) of Kingston and James McLaughlin (Angela) of Hanover; his grandchildren, Madison Hope and Olivia Rose of Hanover; and his siblings, Rosemary Shires (Ray) of Jacksonville, FL, Paul of Easton, MA, John "Jack" of Dorchester, MA and Michael of Maine. He is also survived by his brother in laws, many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
