She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelo Barberi and Teresa Barberi (Garisto); and her brother James Barberi. She is survived by: her daughter Patricia A. Motherway (late William "Billy" Motherway) of East Boston; her grandson Patrick "P. J." Mazac (Dena M. DiMarzo); her great grandchild Deanna M. DiMarzo of Peabody; and her sister Lorraine Barberi.
