Hayes (Sordillo); his children, Karen English (Billy), Roberta McTague (John) and Rick Hayes (Donna); and his grandchildren, Meaghan English (Michael Redbord), Amanda McTague, Ryan English, Ensign Courtney McTague (Tab Volpe), Jonathan McTague and Michael Hayes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
