He was predeceased by: his parents, Metro Malczuk and Ruth Malczuk (Swiss); his wife Dolores Malczuk (Gorski); and his brother Perry Malczuk. He is survived by: his daughter Misty Whelan (Peter) of Hull; and his pet Eva. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
