It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lita J. Raftery of Quincy, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 6, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Aronson and Sonya Aronson (Goldman); her son Michael A. Raftery (Kathleen); and her granddaughter Stephanie King of Greenville, SC. She is survived by: her children, Paul J. Raftery (Trish) and Donna Hopkins (Glen) of Greenville, SC; and her grandchildren, David Raftery of Wayland, Brian Raftery of Quincy, Katie Raftery of Quincy, Meaghan Kaplan of Holbrook, Paul Raftery of San Diego, CA, Sean Raftery of Weymouth, Kelly King of Greenville, SC, Ross King of Greenville, SC and Derek King of Florida. She is also survived by 9 great grand-children she is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
