She was predeceased by: her husband Jack P. Ward; her parents, Gene Posner and Ruth Posner; and her brother Jeffry Posner. She is survived by: her children, Tod (Hany) and Joshua Gimbel (Julia); her grandchildren, Elijah, Lena and Sanjay Gimbel; her sibling Ric Posner (Gail); her stepdaughters, Ellen Ward Lansing and Debbie Ward Schaefer; her significant other Michael Ballo; and her former husband Franklyn Gimbel.
