He was predeceased by: his father Jose M. Hernandez. He is survived by: his wife Reina E. Vaquerano of Hernandez; his children, Danielamarina Hernandez of Chelsea and Jaime Jose Hernandez of Peabody; his mother Marina Montes of Hernandez; and his siblings, Bladimir Hernandez, David Hernandez and Flor of Maria Alvarado.
He will be missed by all who knew him and his legacy will live on in all of the lives he touched and improved with his volunteer work, generosity and charity.
