She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Green; her brother Lester Shore; and her parents, Rubin Shore and Ida Shore (Kopnick). She is survived by: her children, Gary Green (Patti) of Chelmsford and Brenda Green of Peabody; her grandson Matthew Green (Rebecca Landrith) of Marlborough; and her sister Ethel Somers of North Andover.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Annette's memory to the charity of one's choice.
