We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Fumiyo Fountain of Palmer, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Kinichi Takano. She is survived by: her husband Lawrence M. Fountain Jr. of Palmer, MA; her daughters, Kim Louise Fountain and Ann Marie Aubin; and her grandchildren, Cody Aubin of Palmer and Hana Aubin of Chicago.

In lieu of flowers, our family respectfully requests any donations to be directed to the San Diego LGBT Community Center's immigration/border initiative by visiting thecentersd.org/giving in honor of Fumi's extraordinary life and her and Ann's unyielding support of Kim's life's work.
