Crowther (Mallard); his children, Jae Crowther (Sarah), Tracey Hesselton (Jeffrey), Andrew Crowther (Scotylee) and Lee Crowther (Kate); his brother Mark Crowther (Susan); his stepmother Joan Crowther; his stepbrothers, Marcus Phipps (Michelle), Michael Phipps (Georgina) and Jeffrey Phipps; and his brother Bruce Crowther.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory the National Kidney Foundation or American Diabetes Association.
