She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Guzik and Wanda Guzik (Czepiel); and her former husband Joseph M. Cavanaugh. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Cavanaugh of Belchertown, Michael Cavanaugh of Palmer, Patrick Cavanaugh of Palmer and Colleen Mayberry (Mark) of Monson; her siblings, Genevieve Baldyga (Frank), Frederick Guzik (Wanda), Michael Guzik (Julie) and Richard Guzik; her grandchildren, Jill, Katelyn, Taylor, Ashley, Summer, Savannah, Sierra, Branden, Kyle, Maddison and Brian; her great grandchild Eli; and her husband Joe.
