She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth J. Prefontaine Sr.; her children, Kenneth J. Prefontaine Jr., Diane M. Briggs, Robert E. Prefontaine and Linda Cahill; and her parents, Joseph L. Gregoire and Louisia Gregoire.
She is survived by: her daughters, Emma L. McKinstry (Kenneth) of Charlton and Cheryl A. Armstrong (Peter) of Rockledge, FL; and her siblings, James Eaton of Worcester and Annette Palczynski of Fort Lauderdale, FL. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, 9 great-great grandchildren, and several nephews and nieces.
