It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Jacob (Oxford, Massachusetts), born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 7, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Marjorie Jackson, Mary McDonough and Samuel Levasauskas; and her parents, Ralph Lewis and Mary Rose Lewis (Miner).
She is survived by: her children, Lynn M. DiGennaro of Millbury and Jeffrey Q. Jacob of Oxford; her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Elleanna, Isabella and Alexa; and her brothers, David Lewis of California and Ralph Lewis of Arizona. She is also survived by one nephew, several nieces, and cousins.
