He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard L. Luks and Marilyn E. Luks (Thomas). He is survived by: his partner Tarry A. York of Oxford; his daughter Tina L. Vincent (Albert Bressan) of Douglas; his former wife Susan P. Vincent of Webster; his sisters, Patricia I. Spitz (William) of Oxford and Pamela M. Wright (Kenneth) of Oxford; and his grandsons, Nathan E. Vincent of Douglas, Parker J. Vincent of Douglas and Ayden A. M. Bressan of Douglas.
