She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Hasseltine; her brothers, Raymond F. Jacques and Clarence A. Jacques; and her parents, George N. Jacques and Mary Blanche Jacques (Ballard).
She is survived by: her daughter Marilyn J. Fafard (Donald) of Oxford. She is also survived by two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, one niece, and four nephews.
