He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, Theresa M. Angelo (Leclair) and Stephen Angelo; his brother-in-law Jeffrey Angelo; his uncle Gordon Kemp; and his parents, Philip C. Cotto and Rose Cotto (Pipitone).
He is survived by: his wife Crystal L. Cotto (Angelo) of Charlton; his siblings, Philip L. Cotto of Auburn and Carolyn Cotto of Iowa; his nieces, Kris T. Cotto of Charlton and Jennifer Wallace of Iowa; his nephew Philip A. Cotto (Shannon); his great-nephew Owen of Iowa; his sons, Owen, Nick, David, Lindsey (Dennis) and Tristan; his siblings-in-law, Wendy Angelo and Stephen R. Angelo; his stepmother-in-law Ethel Angelo; his aunt Lee Brassard; his close friend Gordon Bean; his extended family, Dr. David Shepro and N. P. Michele Proos; his caregivers, Leigh, Brenda, Nancy, Amy, Kera and Jessica; and also Troy. He is also survived by his best friend, travel companion, love of his life.
