He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marieanne L. MacGinnis (Kennette) of Auburn; his sisters, Christine P. Turner of Oxford and Alice M. Gilman of Webster; his stepchildren, Melinda A. King of Ashford, CT, Laurie M. Snelling of Woodstock, CT, Kevin D. Basto of Eastford, CT and Julie M. Comtois of Ocala, FL; his sister Eileen Hopkins of Charlotte, NC.; and his parents, Cecil H. and Irene M. MacGinnis (Hewitt). He was also cherished by many nephews and nieces; nine step grandchildren and ten step great-grandchildren.
