Coffey (Lever) of Oxford; his children, Catherine Dubuque (Michael) of Charlton, David Coffey (Amy) of Oxford, Michael Coffey (Melissa) of Worcester and Jeremiah Coffey Jr.; his wife Yolanda Coffey of Worcester; his sister Maureen Felicetti of Oxford; his parent Helen G. Coffey (Wells); and also Joseph Coffey (Alina) of Dudley. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, and nieces.
