He was predeceased by: his son Matthew I. Germain; his siblings, Danial A. Germain, Ronald W. Germain, Stanley A. Germain and Dolores Overbye; and his parents, William I. Germain and Beatrice A. Germain (Morin).
He is survived by: his wife Nancy M. Germain (Porkey) of Oxford. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
