She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas S. DeSisto; her daughter Mary Boyle; and her parents, Vincenzo Picone and Josephine Picone (Dellaporta). She is survived by: her children, Thomas S. DeSisto Jr. (Lisa) of Groton, James V. DeSisto (Maria) of Westwood, Susan C. DeSisto of Norwood, Irene C. DeSisto of Norwood and Lisa A. McAvoy (David) of Walpole; and her sister Thelma Cataldo of Cranston, RI.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to The Parkinson's Foundation.
