He was predeceased by: his close friend Patricia Williams; and his siblings, Carol Wagner, William LaForest and Susan LaForest. He is survived by: his sons, Jason (Suzanne) and Todd (Joy); his grandchildren, Claire, Meeclean, Benjamin, Nicholas, Gavin and Brynn; his former wife Jo Anne; and his siblings, Daniel, Paul and Teresa. He is also survived by aunts, an uncle, nieces, nephews and cousins.
