He was predeceased by: his parents, Beatrice Moon (Ellsworth) and Carl Moon Sr.; and his daughter Jennifer Lefebvre (Moon). He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Moon Jr. of North Adams and Jordan Moon of North Adams; his siblings, Cheryl Leavitt (Al) of Conway, SC., Tammy Poirot (Randy) of Florida, MA and Carl Moon Jr.; his grandchildren, Jared, Madison, Reilley, Jeffrey, Alex, Justin and Joshua; and his former wife Marcia Moon. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
