He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Duguay and Loretta Morrier Duguay; his aunt Tine; and his brothers, Robert and William.

He is survived by: his wife Marie Sivley Duguay; and his children, Gerry (Karen), Larry (Vicki) and Debbie Potts (Russ).

Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to VITAS Hospice or a charity of your choice.
