She is survived by: her children, Todd Kuzia of Capon Bridge, Dawn Grady of Odessa, FL, Aaron Kuzia of North Adams and Judd Kuzia of North Adams; her grandchildren, Megan Hagen, Zachary Kuzia, Ashley Orndorff and Jaden Kuzia; her great grandchildren, Nolan, Sabrina Hagen, Grady and Avery Orndorff; and her brothers-in-law, Richard Kuzia and Kenneth Kuzia.
