He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Collins and Josephine Collins (Pisano). He is survived by: his wife Diane Collins (Girard); his children, Michelle Racette (Jack) and Kurt Collins (Joey); his sister Sandra Collins; his grandchildren, Justin, Danielle, Collin, Reece, Jude and Braden; his great grandchildren, Jade, Leros, Jasmine, Jace, Jackson and Parker; his sisters-in-law, Jeanne Harvey, Antoinette Hean (Try) and Renee Mullett (Sean); and his mother-in-law Patricia Girard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
