He was predeceased by: his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Paula Johnston (Daniels) of New Salem; his son Kyle Johnston of Pownal, Maine; his sister Janis Santos of Ludlow; his nieces and nephews, Mark Santos (Alice) of Ludlow, Jeff Santos (Mary) of Ludlow and Kim Santos of Greensboro; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Stacey Read of Amherst and Lindsay Read of Amherst; and also, Christopher, Cassidi, Matthew and Lola.
