She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert Kotzen; and her siblings, Florence Baron and Edward Levine. She is survived by: her sons, Jim Kotzen of Newton, Peter Kotzen (Karen) of Chestnut Hill and John Kotzen (Barbara) of Wellesley; her grandchildren, Jeffrey (Elyssa Kotzen), Michael, Julie, Robert Kotzen, Alison (Andrew Gilboard), Matthew, Colby and Andrew Kotzen; her great grandchildren, Skylar, Sydney Kotzen and Blake Gilboard; and her daughter-in-law Lauri-Jo Kotzen.
