With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Flaherty (Milton, Massachusetts), born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 11, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph G. Flaherty and Rosanna Flaherty (Ryan); and his sister Roseanne Hart. He is survived by: his wife Margaret A. (Kelly); his children, Mary Mahoney (William) of Needham, James M. Flaherty, Jr. (Mary) of Milton, Michael Flaherty (Deborah), Patrick Flaherty of Milton and John Flaherty of Quincy; his grandchildren, Margaret of Needham, Kathleen of Needham, William Mahoney, Jr. of Needham, James M. III of Milton, Andrew of Milton, Daniel of Milton, Owen Flaherty of Milton, Michael Jr. and Grace Flaherty; and his brother Joseph E. Flaherty. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the current Covid 19 Health Department Directives services will be private and a memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at a later date.
