She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Garvey and Catherine Coughlin; her sons, James J. Best, Matthew J. Best and Andrew L. Best; and her sister Eileen Iodice.
She is survived by: her children, Kathryn M. Best Manzo (Peter A. Manzo) of South Weymouth and Michael T. Best (Lisa Best) of Taunton; her brother John Garvey; and her grandchildren, Stephanie, Danny, Michael, Jennifer and Julie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
