He is survived by: his wife Antoinette "Heidi" Belliveau (Krumsiek); his children, Karen Leonard (John) of Millbury, Anthony Belliveau (Karla) of Millbury and Timothy Belliveau (Julie) of Helena, MT; his grandchildren, J. D. Leonard (Rodney), Rae'Ann Leonard, Anthony Belliveau, Jordan Belliveau (Kristin), Valerie Schulke (Tom) and Lindsey Bone (Andy); and his great grandchildren, Tyler Belliveau, Jack Schulke of Cecilia, Julian and Nash Bone.
