Edith left this world on April 16, 2025 at the age of 98, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Luigi Romano and Giusippina Romano; and her husband William Crowley. She is survived by: her sister Janet Prochilo of Manchester, NH; her sons, Christopher Rahilly of Middleton, MA, Mark Rahilly of Peabody, MA and Brian Alex Rahilly of Manchester; her daughters-in-law, Debra Rahilly and Angie Rahilly; and her granddaughters, Madison Rahilly, Sydney Rahilly and Alexandra Palumbo (Nicholas Palumbo). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mackey Funeral Home (128 S Main St #114, Middleton, MA 01949). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Agnes Parish (22 Boston St, Middleton, MA 01949). A committal service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Puritan Lawn Memorial Park (185 Lake St, Peabody, MA 01960).
