He was predeceased by: his wife Susan Pedro (Escobar); his parents, Thomas Pedro and Lila Pedro (Westgate); his daughters, Laurie Tingley and Lisa Pedro; and his siblings, Janice Harling and Thomas Pedro III.
He is survived by: his stepmother Florence Pedro; his son William C. Pedro Jr. of Taunton; and his siblings, Joseph Pedro, James Pedro, Carol St and Valerie Berry. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
