She is survived by: her husband T. V.; her son Tom Osadchy; her grandchildren, Nicholas Osadchy, Matthew Osadchy and Danielle Osadchy; and her great grandchildren, Madeline, Michael and Olivia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
