He was predeceased by: his parents, James F Savoy and Bettina Long (Gulla); and his grandson Tyler Andrews. He is survived by: his daughter Christina Andrews of Manchester, NH; and his siblings, Richard L Savoy (Carol) of Chester, NH and Gina N Noto of Jensen Beach, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
