He was predeceased by: his parents, Hanna Elkhoury and Jalila Elkhoury (Abdo); and his siblings, Josephine, Salwa, Rene and Fahed Elkhoury.

He is survived by: his wife Leila Elkhoury (Geha); his children, Suzan Mecherkany (Bernard) of Tewksbury, MA, Joseph Elkhoury (Gaby) of Methuen, MA, Jocelyn Elkhoury (Jamil Toueir) of Salem, NH, Elie Elkhoury (Maya) of Salem, NH, Rola Perkins (Leonard) of Derry, NH, Hanna Elkhoury (Jennifer) of Methuen, MA and Marie Khouri (Tony) of Methuen, MA; his siblings, Michael Elkhoury (Marie) of Lebanon, Elias Nakhle of Lebanon and Fayze Nakhle; and his grandchildren, Alexandra, T. J., Elie, George, Gabi, Monique, Christina, Cimona, Amanee, Eddie, Julian, Maroun, Joshwa, Benjamin, Samuel and Katelyn.
