Gemma Podbielski Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 18, 2023, at the age of 97, Gemma Podbielski (Methuen, Massachusetts), born in Lawrence, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore Buggea and Rose Buggea (Petralia); her former husband Anthony P. Fiato; her son John J. Fiato, Sr.; her grandson John "Jay" Fiato, Jr. (Ana L. Fiato); and her sisters, Ann Alakel, Mary Grieco, Susan DeQuattro and Nancy Boucher.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Michael A. Fiato and Mark D. Fiato. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
