He was predeceased by: his father George P. Bell; his girlfriend Catherine "Cathy" Kelly (Cimino); and his brother Richard Bell. He is survived by: his children, Richard H. Bell (Lindsay Geoffroy) of Merrimack, NH and Susan C. Bell (Jeremy Bratt) of Cambridge; and his sister Constance Leonard of Rye, NH.
