He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary D'Agostino (Salvucci) and John D'Agostino; and his wife Sandra D'Agostino (Hayes). He is survived by: his children, John D'Agostino of Medway and Donna Bedigan (Richard) of Millis; his grandchildren, Ricky, Frankie and Marissa; his sister Anna Vadala (Linda DiFonzo) of Milford; his cousin Dennis Casella; his close friend Corrin McGinnis; his granddaughters, Julia and Natalie; and also Renee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Mr. D'Agostino may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
